How to get your own customized mouse cursor on Tumblr

Read this guide if you want one of those glittery cursors flying around your Tumblr page. You just have to add the following HTML code in order for this to work. This guide should work for all Tumblr themes.

1. Go to your Tumblr customize dashboard and select the ‘Advanced’ tab.

2. In the Add custom CSS, add the following code:
body, a, a:hover {cursor: url(XXX), progress;}

3. Replace the XX with the cursor image URL. You can find these URLs by searching ‘Tumblr cursors’ on Google. The file format should end with a .cur. Once saved, your new-look cursor should appear on your Tumblr page.
